From the field: Pasta with Spicy Tomato Sauce and Shrimp


Kristen's Spicy Shrimp Pasta
My good friend, Kristen, decided to make our Spicy Shrimp Pasta recently as a random weeknight dinner for her and her housemates who also happen to be my good friends. She followed our recipe but added her own twists. Kristen substituted homemade fettuccine with dried rigatoni since she doesn't own a pasta maker. She also added some garlic salt to kick up the flavor which is always a good idea. Not surprisingly the dish ended up being a huge hit …wish I was there to try it! It is a well known fact that Kristen knows her way around the kitchen and is an expert on the Boston restaurant scene, we look forward to her future field reports.
